We ask that you call us first to make sure we haven't stepped out to get some food or supplies! We can be open later or earlier on special request, but again, please contact us to talk about it.

How Do I Place An Order?

We are working on putting up an order form. In the meantime, simply email us with what product you would like to order, the color of the product, the quantity, sizing, ink color and attach the art or at least a mock-up of your completed project. If the art is too big to attach, please utilize websites like yousendit.com or megaupload.com. Also include any questions you may have about the process and whether you are located in Houston. We will reply as soon as possible with a quote!

What Is Your Turnaround Time?

It is usually within 10 - 12 business days [not including ship time]. If we aren't swamped, you're order will usually be completed before then. We will always email you when your order is complete or if it has been shipped. Our turnaround time is not a guarantee so if your job has a deadline, please let us know beforehand. Rush charges will apply.

I Can't Wait That Long, Can You Rush My Order?!

If you have a time frame that you are working within, please let us know. We can bump your order to the top of our queue for a Rush Fee, which breaks down as follows:

One Week/5 Business Days: add 10% of the total order
Three Business Days: add 15% of the total order
Two Business Days: add 20 % of the total order
Overnight: add 30% of the total order

Please note, this does not include Rush Shipping Fees - if that applies to you. We DO NOT offer a refund on rush fees.

What Is Your Shipping Fee?

Let us know that you need your order shipped and we will include the shipping fee with your quote.

What Type Of Artwork Should I Send?

All artwork should be either a Photoshop [PSD], Illustrator [AI], TIFF, or PDF file. We accept JPG's if it is only one color. Please make sure art is at least 300DPI at the size you want it printed it at. This excludes stickers which must be at least 600DPI.

If you are unaware of these terms or types of files, please do some research or ask us. We DO NOT accept low resolution files such as GIFS or Paint files, nor do we accept Word Documents!

If your art is too big to attach in an email, please utilize websites like yousendit.com or megaupload.com.

Can You Design Something For Me?

To be honest, we usually don't have the time. If it's something simple like text, we will charge $25 to put it together for you. Please be specific with what you want, having an idea of what font you want used is very helpful too! If you want something a little more elaborate, I would suggest reading the next question.

What Is The Maximum Print Size You Can Do?

Well we can do pretty much anything you need! From the smallest image you can think of to all over prints! Larger prints require extra time to set up, as well as print. We will notify you if it will take longer than the allotted 10 business days.

What Are Screen Fees And Why Do I Need Them?

The type of printing we do is called Screen Printing. A screen is basically a stencil that ink is pushed through. Every color that is printed requires a different screen. Darker garments require a base screen, which allows for colors to be bold and pop off the shirt! We hold screens for two weeks. After that there is a $10 per screen needed re-set up fee. Screen fees are non-refundable.

I Want To Print from the Collar of My Shirt To The Bottom, Can I?

Yes you can! But please keep in mind that if you want to do this cost effectivly (particularly for small prints), its best to size your design to one t-shirt size. Meaning, if you want to do a full print for every size, you have to pay a screen fee for every shirt size. We suggest sizing it to the small and using the same screens for the whole run.

Can I Do 1 T-shirt?

Yes you can! But all the fees are the same which makes it a bit pricey!

Do You Offer Discounted Prices?

Every few months we offer Garage Sale Tees - which is basically the leftover shirts from previous orders that are just sitting around. Add us on Myspace, we will post those sales as bulletins. We will also put those sales up on the main page of our website, so check back occasionally!

What If I Want To Reorder Something?

We hold all screens for 2 weeks before reclaiming them and using them for another job. In that time frame, we will not charge you screen fees. Beyond that, it will be the same price as before.

What Are Your Favorite TV Shows?

Dexter, Six Feet Under, Weeds, Californication, The Critic, The Tick, Scrubs, Arrested Development and the Cosby show. We like to watch these when screenprinting!

Who Are Osker and Oliver?

Our two extremely loud schnauzers! They are tiny and like to bark! They like when you bring them treats.
